How to be Optimistic in a Bull or Bear Market
You
undoubtedly aware of the many discoveries about certain antioxidants
food in foods, notably leafy vegetables, having such positive impact on
the immune system that regularly consuming sufficient quantities of them
can dramatically reduce risk of cancer as well as other diseases.
For
this reason antioxidant vitamins are the most popular and universally
respected nutritional supplements. Imagine if you could manufacture
antioxidants in your own mind and pump them through your body.
According
to E. P. Seligman a professor of psychology say there is an evidence
that optimism boost the immune system. However, it seems that optimism
is massively misunderstood.
Most
people have incorrectly see optimism as been cheerful, happy and
positive never acknowledging adversity and problem. This sets up an
impossible standard because you can be happy, positive at all times or a
classical example is the bull market which is a positive and bear
Market if not careful, you lose everything.
The question is how can you use optimism to handle a bear or bull market and even boost your health condition?
Many
people drift into the habit of blaming undesirable outcome or permanent
conditions. For instance, in the current bear market, you made some
call you lost a lot of cash, normally, you will say *I don't know how to
recognize a bear market so I always make a bad call.*
However,
an optimistic person how accept the situation and learn from it. He
will start by evaluating with current knowledge has regarding the stock
market, what are the signals of a bear market, how often does it happen,
what are factors responsible, how can he move on and become better.
