In other words, just because a stock is cheap doesn't mean it's a good investment. Buffett would much rather pay a little more for a great business.

Why? Because good companies make you more money over the long term.

A cheap stock shouldn't be an automatic buy. Do your research and learn as much as you can about the company before investing.
