Fear of failure (also called "atychiphobia") is when we allow that fear to stop us from doing the things that can move us forward to achieve our goals.

Written with his permission, 5 months ago, I received a call from Ibrahim about his failure after one attempt at investing in the NGSE. He quitted at the first attempt because it was not really easy at all. After a careful examination, I observed that what he experienced was not really new. I too went through such. 

Frankly, he was having the fear of failure; fear of losing his hard-earned money which once lost cannot be found again, and the following were the 4 causes of his failure. 

1. Lack of a well-defined Goal: he was living as a garbage-in, garbage-out investor. He never sat down to strategize and draw a daily plan of achieving financial goals whether he wants to be a trader or a long-term investor. Strategies may change but the goal still remains. 

2. Insufficiently applied education: He thinks he knows it all hence, there was no need to attend my training or invest in the Home Study Packs just like you think you know it all whereas no man is an island on his own.

3.Procrastination: This is definitely one of the biggest causes of failure. It’s actually one of those I struggled with the most when I was starting out.

4. Emotional Attachment: instead of using facts, he was emotionally attached to some stocks, and at the end of the day, he lost a lot before selling off. 

Education is not only restricted to school which is why most of the professors in our universities are not rich because what they know is general knowledge. Whereas to rise above mediocrity, you need to get applied knowledge. So invest in your Financial power, invest in your
