On February 1st, the Lagos state government announced the banning of tricycle (Keke Napep) and commercial Motorcycle from major roads in the city of Lagos. This has actually affected several people's means of income.

Those organizations like Gokada, Oride, Maxi etc who run it as a business were not spared. Imagine what happened to all their staffs. This definitely will made so many of them jobless because of a change in government policies.

Sincerely, this is a classical example of change that I have been emphasizing. Similarly, where ever you find yourself today, you need to anticipate the change. A government policy could be smartly crafted in such a way that will affect your portfolio negatively. I have seen it happen time and time over.
