June 2020 MPC Meeting Outcome

At the end of the one-day virtual policy meeting, the Monetary policy committee members agreed to leave all policy parameters unchanged. 

The Committee decided to:

Retain Monetary Policy Rate (MPR) at 12.5 percent;

Maintain the asymmetric corridor of +200/-500 basis points around the MPR;

Retain Cash Reserves Ratio (CRR) at 27.5 percent; and

Retain liquidity ratio at 30.0 percent
